PPS Relocation undertakes the comprehensive research and arranges the itineraries for our accompanied viewing days. Once the property is selected we negotiate and secure the property at the most advantageous terms for your employees or company personnel.
We assist the Employee and their family to source a suitable home in accordance with personal preference and corporate policy. We negotiate on behalf of the client to achieve the best possible rental price and ensure that the offer is detailed and includes everything necessary for a smooth move in and tenancy commencement.  

PPS Relocation facilitates the preparation and signature of the tenancy agreement and we manage the settling up all of the utilities and co-ordinate the whole move.
